Keep your account safe on other devices

Updated 10 October 2026

Sign out on shared devices. If you suspect someone else has access, reset your password and contact us.

MicroPortuguese does not currently have a device list or a control for signing out another browser remotely. If you left your account open on a device you can still access, use the sign-out option on that device.

After using a shared computer

Sign out before you leave the computer. Closing a tab or the browser does not guarantee that you are signed out. Do not save your password on a device used by other people.

If you cannot access the device

Open the contact page and write to the support email listed there. Explain what happened, such as losing a phone or leaving your account open on another computer. Include your account email, without sending your password.

Changing your password is not a guarantee that every existing session across all services will end. Ask us for help checking account access as well as changing the password.

If someone may know your password

Reset your password and choose one you do not use on other websites. Check the security of your email account too, because password-reset links are sent there.

You use the same account here and on SubLearn. Your new password also applies to that SubLearn account. This does not mean that MicroPortuguese displays or controls sessions across every service.

Tell us about anything you do not recognize

Describe what you saw and when it happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes or password-reset links. Keep your sent message and add new information in the same email conversation.
