Request a copy of your data
Updated 10 October 2026
Request your data through the contact page. Tell us whether you mean MicroPortuguese records or your whole shared account.
To request a copy of your data, open the contact page and write to the support email listed there. MicroPortuguese does not currently offer a collection-download button or an export file in Settings.
Send your request
- Tell us that you would like a copy of your personal data.
- Say whether you mean records from MicroPortuguese or your whole shared account, which is also used on SubLearn.
- Use your account email if you can. If you write from another address, include the email your account uses in the message.
- Send the email and keep a copy of your message.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before sending personal data. Do not send your password, verification codes or password-reset links.
What we can provide
We will check which records we hold within the scope of your request and explain the available copy. There is no ready-made file of phrases, notes or practice scores to download here. A data request cannot create records for features you have not used.
If you want to keep your data before requesting account deletion, say so in your message. Wait until you have received and saved the copy you want to keep before confirming deletion.
Timing and follow-up
We fulfill requests within the time required by applicable law. Where a one-month deadline applies, it is the deadline for fulfilling the request, rather than for the first reply. We will tell you about any permitted extension.
To add information or ask about the progress of your request, send the details in the same email conversation. If you need to send a new message, include the date and subject of your earlier request.
After receiving your copy
Keep the file on your own device. It may contain personal information, so avoid uploading it to file converters or other websites. If something you requested is missing or you cannot open the copy, reply to our message and describe the problem.
